Updated Covid Precautions
Greetings from The Skin Therapy Studio! We’re reaching out just to update you on some new changes going on here at the studio! Due to the pandemic, we’ve updated some policies and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and staff during this time. With that said, below you will find our new Covid precautions that are effective IMMEDIATELY. It is required that all clients abide by our new regulations at or prior to the time of their appointment, or we may be forced to reschedule your service for another time.
- Once you have arrived for your appointment, please send a text message to 336-355-0581 to let us know that you are outside. Remain in your cars until you receive further instructions.
- A mask is required for entry into the spa. We will not allow you or your guest inside without one regardless of the timing of your appointment.
- Only 1 parent/guardian or 1 young child is allowed to accompany the client at the time of their appointment.
- If a service requires the removal of your mask, conversation with your service provider must be done before or after your service has been completed when a mask is covering both your nose and mouth.
- If you have experienced ANY Covid-like symptoms or have been exposed to someone that has Covid within 7 days of your next scheduled appointment, we ask that you please be considerate of our staff and cancel your appointment. You may call the studio at 336-897-0280 or text 336-355-0581 to cancel and reschedule your appointment. You MUST be able to provide proof of Covid testing and your negative test results at the time of your rescheduled appointment.

Punctuality
All clients please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time may end as scheduled time to ensure the next appointment begins on time.
Reservations & Cancellations
All requests for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or rescheduling done with less than a 24 hour notice, the client will be charged 100% off the entire scheduled service cost. If we do not have a credit card on file, you will be billed at your next appointment. All “No Call, No Shows” will also be charged 100% of the entire cost of the service. If you should happen to not show for a complimentary consultation, we will have to charge you a $25 no show fee.
No Show Fees
All missed appointments will be charged 50% of the entire scheduled service cost. If we do not have a credit card on file, you will be billed at your next appointment.
